The Way We Design
Every home begins with understanding how you live. Your routines, preferences, needs, and the way you use each space guide our design decisions.
We bring together beauty, comfort, and functionality to create interiors that feel natural and personal. Every layout, material, colour, and detail has a purpose, making your home not just beautiful to look at, but truly comfortable to live in.
- Furniture that fits the room well
- Rooms requiring special focus
- Space required for working or studying or accommodating guests
- Spaces needed for storing items used every day
- Habits and requirements related to the kitchen
- Type of lighting needed
- Colours and material preferences
- Maintenance and cleaning of the space
- Cost allocated to each section of work
After taking into consideration these aspects, designing the interior becomes easy as the spaces get designed according to your needs and preferences.
What Makes Us Different?
We take the time to understand what you need and how you want your home to feel. We work closely with you, choose things that suit your space, and pay attention to the details. From the first meeting to the final handover, we are there to make sure everything comes together the way you imagined.

Hai this is kranti I would like to say big thanks to Decore Designz. Javeed and team for the wonderful work being done at our flat.
We started searching and met many other interior designers and decided to go with Decore Designz after our first discussion with Mr.Javeed. In our first interaction itself, we have gained confidence that he would deliver the best and our expectations came true finally. Best thing about Decore Designz was the operations team. It was pretty smooth and always received updates about our project in real time. The overall experience was great at Decore Designz as hassle free and that was the most important reason why I choose Decore Designz. They have owned the flat and delivered what was promised before. Usually he(Javeed) visits the site in every phase of the work & guides his team to get the perfect output as per the 3d designs.
Decore Designz is the one of best interior designing firm we would recommend to everyone who are looking best and good interiors for their house.

I and my wife were fortunate to find Decore design studio after a very intense search and comparison with other design houses. This team led by Javed and Mujeeb are hard working, dedicated and most importantly responsive and committed to quality and on time delivery. Please note this review is 3 months post completion of my home interiors and I can safely say they respond even if minor reworks also if needs to be done after project completion. I fully recommend this team to someone who would like to hand over whole and soul responsibility and just give details about there taste and rest would be taken care by them. Special note: this team takes ownership on end to end home decor services. Thanks Javed, Mujeeb, Amir and rest of the team for the great work !!!

I spoke to multiple designer solutions for weeks before choosing to go with Decore designz. Their design team was very patient and prompt from day 1 to completion and also post hand over for any additional requests. What stood out according to me were the suggestions and any change in scope was very well handled by their team. As a customer, wherever I had a suggestion they took it up without complaints even though it caused rework a couple of times. And whenever my suggestions were not very practical they provided the feedback based on practicality. We received continuous updates while the work was in progress. Completely happy with their workmanship.

FAQ
Most frequent questions and answers
Don’t compare quotations only by their final price. Compare the scope of work, materials, brands, quantities, specifications, inclusions, exclusions, GST, timeline, warranty, and payment schedule. A lower quotation may not actually be cheaper if important items are excluded.
Check the company’s completed projects, reviews, experience with homes similar to yours, quality of materials, workmanship, project management, quotation transparency, timeline, warranty, and aftersales service. It is also useful to visit a completed project rather than judging a company only from 3D designs.
A detailed quotation should clearly mention the work included, quantities, dimensions where applicable, material specifications, brands or grades, hardware, finishes, installation, taxes, exclusions, project timeline, payment milestones, and warranty terms. This makes it easier to compare different interior companies fairly.
Different quotations can vary because the companies may be using different materials, hardware, finishes, designs, quantities, workmanship standards, or scopes of work. One company may also include items that another has listed as an extra. Before choosing the cheaper quote, check whether both quotations cover the same requirements.
Ask for a detailed BOQ or itemised quotation and make sure all inclusions and exclusions are clearly documented. Confirm whether GST, electrical work, civil work, lighting, painting, transportation, installation, hardware, and other possible extras are included. Any changes after design approval should also be documented before additional work is carried out.
Not necessarily. The cheapest quotation may have lower-grade materials, fewer inclusions, or additional costs that appear later. Compare the complete scope, material specifications, workmanship, project management, warranty, and final cost before making a decision.
Check the type and thickness of boards, plywood or other materials, laminates or finishes, edgebanding, kitchen and wardrobe hardware, hinges, drawer channels, baskets, handles, and other accessories. Ask for specific brands, grades, and specifications instead of accepting descriptions such as “premium material” or “high-quality hardware.”
A quotation is easier to evaluate when it is itemised and clearly specifies materials, quantities, workmanship, and inclusions. Compare it with two or three comparable quotations and investigate major price differences rather than automatically choosing the lowest or highest quote.
Before signing, clarify the final scope of work, material specifications, brands, exclusions, project timeline, payment milestones, change-order costs, warranty, after-sales support, site supervision, and who will be responsible for the project. Make sure the important terms discussed during meetings are included in the written agreement.
The cost of a 4BHK interior depends on the size of the home, number of rooms, modular kitchen, wardrobes, furniture, materials, finishes, electrical work, false ceiling, lighting, and other requirements. Instead of comparing only the total price, it is important to compare what each interior company includes in its quotation.
